MY APPROACH

Digital support

The digital companion keeps the therapeutic process alive between sessions – transparent, at your own pace and in step with our joint work.

GOAL

Strengthening cooperation, accompanying the process.

Between appointments, thoughts, observations or questions arise. The digital companion gives them a fixed place: you can note observations, prepare the next session and pick up agreed reflections and exercises in everyday life.

This makes the process transparent for both sides and accompanies it throughout – not only during the session. What you note can be the basis for a more focused conversation together.

FRAMEWORK

A voluntary addition.

The digital companion is a voluntary offer. Whether and how you use it is something we decide together. It is not a necessary part of the therapy and replaces neither the personal conversation nor the therapeutic relationship.

It is not an emergency or crisis service and does not mean the therapist is constantly available. In the event of acute danger or crisis, immediate help from local emergency or crisis services is needed.

Therapy sessions remain central.

What becomes important between sessions is taken up in the next agreed conversation. The form of cooperation continues to depend on your concern and the joint therapeutic process.
