MY APPROACH

Understand what works. Change what is possible.

Our work begins with a closer understanding of your situation and the factors that shape it. Equally important is the question of what you want to change, what possibilities and resources are already available and what next steps can be suitable for you.

THINKING SYSTEMICALLY

People do not live apart from their environment.

People experience situations in relationships and life contexts. Experiences, roles, expectations and communication can be just as important as different personal perspectives. Together we look at these connections without seeing a person or topic in isolation.

I am interested in how you experience a situation, what should develop and what already works. When is it different? What experiences, skills, or relationships might be helpful? And what change would make a difference in your everyday life?

THERAPEUTIC PROCESS

Perspectives for our work together.

UNDERSTANDING

We look at your current situation, relationships, experiences and the connections that are important for your concern.

OBJECTIVE & ORIENTATION

We clarify what should develop and how you could recognize a helpful change in everyday life.

RESOURCES & POSSIBILITIES

We draw on your abilities, helpful experiences, supportive relationships and situations in which things are already going well.

NEW PERSPECTIVES

We examine other perspectives and possibilities for action without hastily declaring one of them right.

TRYING THINGS OUT & REFLECTING

You can try suitable steps in everyday life. Your experiences help us adjust the goal and approach when needed.

These perspectives do not form a fixed sequence. Depending on the concerns, we can start at different points, return to a question and change priorities together.

COOPERATION

Therapy built on mutual respect.

CURIOSITY & SHARED UNDERSTANDING

I listen openly. We explore different perspectives and examine together which connections are relevant to your concern.

INCLUDING RESOURCES

Your skills, helpful experiences, relationships and already successful situations are just as much a focus as existing opportunities for change.

TRANSPARENCY & FEEDBACK

We discuss goals, procedures, methods and pace together and adjust them as needed. Your feedback is important; I do not prescribe ready-made answers.

METHODS

Tools that fit your concerns.

Methods are not an end in themselves. We choose an approach that suits you and your question. For example, we can explore relationships through conversation, represent them visually or consider them in space.

Genogram work

Make relationships, experiences and patterns visible over generations.

Constellation work

View relationships, positions and dynamics spatially.

Change of Perspective

View a situation from different angles.

Questions for reflection

Questioning familiar perspectives and discovering new connections.

Experiments

Try out new possibilities for action in a protected framework.

Tasks between sessions

Observe and test findings from therapy in everyday life.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

Change also takes place in everyday life.

The digital companion keeps the therapeutic process alive between appointments. You can note observations, prepare sessions and pick up agreed reflections in everyday life – at your own pace.

  • Strengthening collaboration We record goals, topics and tasks together and develop them further from session to session.
  • Keeping things transparent You can see your appointments, goals and progress, and you decide what you share with me.
  • Accompanying the process throughout Insights from the sessions are not lost in everyday life and can be taken up in the next conversation.

The digital companion is a voluntary addition. It replaces neither the personal conversation nor a crisis service.
