B2B · PROFESSIONAL CONTEXT
Where business and people meet.
Organizations consist of structures and people who lead, decide, collaborate and respond to change.
I combine more than 20 years of experience in international business and organizational contexts with knowledge from psychotherapy science and systemic psychotherapy. The focus is on professional questions about roles, responsibility, communication, burden and change.
Professional and organizational consulting, not psychotherapy.
WORK SITUATIONS
Seeing people and collaboration in context.
Professional questions often affect several people, roles and framework conditions at the same time. The starting point is the concrete situation and what should become clearer or develop.
Leadership & Responsibility
Consider decisions, expectations and scope for action in your own role.
Roles & Interfaces
Clarify responsibilities, information flows and expectations between people or functions.
Collaboration & Communication
Relate different perspectives, working methods and forms of coordination.
Conflicts & Decisions
View interests, relationships and potential impacts from multiple angles.
Change Processes
Discuss orientation, roles and cooperation during organizational changes.
Pressure & Strain
Consider personal responses alongside working conditions.
TWO PERSPECTIVES
Organizational experience and knowledge about people.
ORGANIZATIONAL PRACTICE
My professional experience includes retail, purchasing, international collaboration and coordination across teams and functions. As an international business analyst and country coordinator for processes in eight countries, I see how roles, interfaces and decisions shape everyday work.
PSYCHOTHERAPY SCIENCE & SYSTEMIC PRACTICE
My training in psychotherapy science and systemic psychotherapy adds perspectives on human experience, relationships, communication, emotions and recurring patterns. In B2B work, I use this perspective for professional issues, not for psychotherapeutic treatment.

APPROACH
Clarifying what is needed together.
Depending on the concerns, different questions come to the fore. The following perspectives provide orientation, but do not form a fixed sequence.
Understanding Context
Consider the question, the people involved and the wider context together.
Making Perspectives Visible
Consider the experiences, interests and perspectives of those involved.
Examining Roles & Interactions
Understand expectations, relationships and recurring patterns.
Clarifying Goals & Development
Discuss what should become clearer or change.
Developing Possibilities
Include existing resources and suitable opportunities for action.
Reflecting On Next Steps
Evaluate experiences and adapt the procedure if necessary.
CONTRACT & CONFIDENTIALITY
Clarify the framework together before the start.
Individual sessions may be commissioned by an organization or by the participant. The brief can also be clarified jointly. Before starting, we discuss who is involved, what goals are agreed and what organizational framework applies.
For individual sessions commissioned by organizations, we agree in advance which parts of the conversation remain confidential and whether any information may be shared back. In this way, expectations and limits become transparent for all parties involved.
B2B & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Professional counseling and psychotherapy remain separate.
B2B services address work and organizational questions. Psychotherapy concerns are addressed in a separate setting.
