B2B · SYSTEMIC ADVISORY
Look at professional situations from several perspectives.
Professional decisions, leadership issues, conflicts or changes rarely arise independently of their environment. Roles, expectations, relationships and organizational frameworks work together.
In systemic consulting, we consider the concrete situation and the perspectives of the participants. The aim is to better understand connections, expand opportunities for action and develop suitable next steps for the professional context.
POSSIBLE QUESTIONS
When a situation calls for more than a simple answer.
Systemic consulting can help when a work situation involves several people, interests, or organizational conditions.
Leadership & Responsibility
Reflect on your own role, expectations, responsibility and scope for action.
Decisions
Include different interests, possible impacts and relevant perspectives in decision-making.
Roles & Interfaces
Consider responsibilities, expectations, information flows and cooperation between persons or functions.
Cooperation
Better understand different perspectives, ways of working, and forms of coordination.
Conflicts
View recurring tensions, different interests and relationship patterns from multiple angles.
Change Processes
Reflecting roles, expectations, orientation and collaboration during organizational change.
PERSPECTIVES
A situation has more than one perspective.
In complex professional questions, there is rarely only one cause or one correct point of view. Leaders, employees, teams and other stakeholders can experience and evaluate the same situation differently.
Systemic consulting therefore focuses on interactions: What expectations exist? What roles are taken? Where do misunderstandings or conflicting requirements arise? Which interests and framework conditions influence the situation?
At the same time, we look at what already works, what resources are available and where room for maneuver can arise.
APPROACH
Make connections visible.
Situation & Context
What work situation would you like to discuss? Who is involved, and what organizational conditions matter?
Roles & Perspectives
Which expectations, interests and views meet? How do different parties experience the situation?
Resources & Possibilities
What already works? Which experiences, relationships or scope for action can be helpful?
Development & Next Steps
What should become clearer or change? Which next steps fit the specific professional situation?
These perspectives do not form a fixed sequence. Depending on the question, different aspects can be in the foreground and re-examined in the course.
METHODS
Go beyond discussing complex situations.
Depending on the question, different systemic methods can be used. In addition to the conversation, relationships can also be visualized or presented spatially. This allows, for example, roles, relationships, interests or different perspectives on a professional situation to be viewed from a different angle.
System Board
Persons, roles, functions or other relevant elements of a situation can be represented spatially and their relationships to each other can be considered.
Change Of Perspective
A situation is viewed from different positions – for example from the point of view of a leader, an employee, a team or other participants.
Systemic Questions
Questions about relationships, differences, expectations and possible effects can help to make previously little-noticed connections visible.
Focus On Resources & Solutions
In addition to difficulties, we look at what already works, what experiences were helpful and what possibilities exist in the existing context.
FORMAT
Consulting tailored to your work situation.
Leaders
Individual reflection of concrete leadership, decision-making, roles or cooperation situations.
Employees
Consider professional situations, roles, expectations, cooperation or changes in individual setting.
Teams
Address common questions about roles, interfaces, communication, conflicts or changes.
Organizational Context
Consider professional situations in which several functions, levels or participants interact.
The format, participants and scope depend on the respective question and are clarified together before the beginning.
CONTRACT & CONFIDENTIALITY
Clarity about the brief and confidentiality.
An individual session may be commissioned by the participant or an organization. The brief can also be clarified jointly with a manager, the organization and the participant.
Before the start, it is clarified which goals are pursued, who is involved in clarifying the brief and which organizational framework applies.
If an organization commissions the individual setting, it is also clearly agreed which content remains confidential and whether or which information is returned.
BACKGROUND
Where organizational experience meets knowledge about people.
More than 20 years of work in international business and organizational contexts shape my view of professional situations. As an international business analyst and country coordinator for processes in eight countries, I experience roles, interfaces, different interests and cooperation between functions and cultural contexts from organizational practice.
My knowledge of psychotherapy science and systemic psychotherapy complements this experience with another perspective on human experience, relationships, communication, emotions and recurring patterns.
In B2B consulting, I combine these perspectives for professional issues. This is not about economic business analysis or process optimization, but about people, cooperation and opportunities for action within organizational contexts.
B2B & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Systemic counseling and psychotherapy are different contexts.
Systemic B2B consulting addresses professional and organizational issues. It is not psychotherapy. Psychotherapy concerns are addressed in a separate setting.
